MSCRM Check workflow is working or not?

Hello All Experts,

I am not able to see workflow is executing in system jobs.

also in defining the workflow the delete on completion of workflow is selected.

can anyone help me in resolving this?

    Deactivate workflow and uncheck option delete on completion of workflow is selected. then check system jobs..

    Hi,

     what are you trying to do really? Are you trying to figure out why the workflow is not running at all (or, at least, is that what it looks like?)

     If the workflow has been completed and the option is selected, the "historical" system job will be deleted. If you want to see that job, uncheck the option, at least temporarily.

    I have uncheck that option but still don't find the workflow in system jobs.

    Hello All Experts,

    I have check that Scope of the workflow is User,

    I am not the one who has created this workflow but some other user is responsible for this workflow creation.

    Is this is the cause workflow is not running in my login.
