I am experiencing a connection error when processing credit cards, debit cards work just fine. When running a credit card sale I get connection error try back later message. When I try to settle I get the same error. We have multiple stores only one store is having the problem. It was working fine middle of the day the error happened. Since all credit cards throw the error but debit cards do not. Any ideas or suggestions. Thanks

I figured it out. The problem was internet explorer one of the system techs tried removing it and it apparently caused connection error. After reinstalling it everything started working correctly.
what is provider ?
some change encryption keys and needs reinitialize on any account changes, like phone/address etc
