Hi

Pretty simple & straight forward question.. Is it possible to create array of records with one CRM webapi service call ?

I have an array of "custom entity" records which are coming by a html web resource in the format of JSON Array..I can loop through and create one by one record, but was wondering if it is possible to create multiple at a time to save no of round trips to server.

Thanks for the quick help :)

Regards

Srikanth

    Hello,

Yes, you can use batch operations - msdn.microsoft.com/.../mt607719.aspx

In that same article it states that batch operations are mainly used to have a number of operations which need to succeed as a group or all fail. So I'm not sure that you actually save time on the execution. Do you have some statistics about this?
