Work order for Quality orders result

Hi!

In advance warehouse, I have setup work order for quality orders. In case of fail items move to quarantine in case of pass to put-away. I receive serialised products for example 4 pcs. I do registration for each serial number and GRN. Based on GRN according quality association System creates 1 quality order for all of them as I have full license plate sampling. But when I pass or fail quality order, system creates separate movement work order for each serial number. How I can setup system, so after closing quality order system will create only one movement work order for full amount of quality order?

Hi,
I checked and its working fine for me. In my case when I fail the quality order the 2 items on the license plate gets one quality order work to move to blocked location.

Can you share the screenshot of your quality association and item sampling. Also can you confirm you got one work for multiple serial numbers?

Make sure serial number check mark is unchecked in item sampling.
