How to redirect entity record form in dynamic 365 tablet client

Hi,

I need a JavaScript code to open a entity record form in tablet(Dynamic 365 tablet application to dynamic 365 tablet application.)

I am using dynamic 365 tablet application. I have web resource and that have command button and i want to redirect to an entity record form on click of custom button in tablet application
How can I redirect in tablet application ?

This link gives the code to redirect the form from external application. I want the entity record to be redirected from tablet application on click of a custom button in tablet
