Notes Time stamp and user name changing with out update of text.

Hi All,

When user just read the notes in the case ,the time stamp and user name is changing to login user name and time.

please let me know how can we stop this?

Did you ever fix this issue? We are encountering the same exact behavior in a notes section on a custom entity in CRM 2015. Kindly share your findings.

It's really nothing more than when I click on the note and it becomes editable, if I click away or lose focus without changing anything, it will say "Just now". While I realize this is an OOB component, it is updating the notes timestamp and I saw it with my own eyes.

Hi,

Check if ,auto save is enabled , because of that may be form get save automatically and field get updated .

if yes then stop that .it will be from the system setting .
