Hi:
When setting up my first jurisdiction in the Tax Jurisdiction screen, the "Default Sales and Use Tax" field is greyed out.
So, I cannot specify a percentage.
How do I fix this?
Thanks!
John
Hello John,
Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Forum.
From the Tax Jurisdiction Page, if you click Details, are there more than one line with different Tax Rates for different Tax Groups for the Jurisdiction?
That is my initial findings that may be the reason for not having the Default field showing as editable.
Best Regards,
Tom
Hi Thomas:
I fixed this. You have to put the 6% in both the tax maximum and tax minimum fields. It's frustrating for me not understanding why. But, it worked!
Thanks, for your help!
