Hello,

How does Business Central (On-Line) generate the URL of each page?

It seems to be random so there must be functions to generate the URL.

Please advise.

Hi,

Business Central generates the webservices URL from a system code unit 5010 "Web Service Helper"

for OData V3, OData V4 & SOAP URLs on the new record Validation on the web services page.

I am afraid this is not the one as I see "This codeunit will be removed once OData V3 is deprecated" in the source code text.

Do you know any other Codeunit which might generate the URL of a specific Sales Document, for example?

I happened to find this document

This seems to work. We are building a Power App from which we need to open the page (ex. sales document) and it is now possible.
