I get the following error when I try to define the quantity for the serial numbers. Can anyone advise why I am getting the error?
Go to Purchase order > Line > item tracking lines > added the serial number manually
Serial tracking is limited to a qty of 1.
Each line must be a quantity of with a unique serial number.
If you want the same tracking number across a batch, use lot tracking.
