If the Item model group is negative, then what will happen?

You mean Physical negative or Financial negative?
Physical negative means that it will be possible to make the physicalconsumption of the item earlierthan the physicalreception wasmade. As a result you will have a negative stocks. I am not recommendedto enable this if you are working with prysical items.
Financial negative that it will be possible to make Financial consumption of the item earlier than the Financial reception wasmade. With another words, you can physicalreceive items by Purchace order (for examle), without financial invoice and it ill be possible for you to sell the same items with financial invoice.
