I hope it is available as soon as possible in a unified interface.
The flows are a bit more complex because of the type of user that has to create them.

It is possible to create a workflow, but you need to go to "Advanced Settings" to get to the processes (still on the legacy web client).

As a side remark, have you considered to create Flows in Power Automate instead of workflows?
