Transfer Journal issue, Reserved Orders

Once an item is physically available and has been ordered, the system does not allow the relocation of the physically available quantity in stock and cancels existing reservations.

However, this results in a reduction in the /Reserved Ordered/ column in the end. What could be causing this, has someone encountered the same issue?
