We have lot of CRM users who uses Notes to enter data everyday. But in every few days, we have the issue with IE. When user clicks on Notes section ("Enter a Note"), it doesnt open the section to enter the notes. There is no Attach button or Done button also. Following is the screenshot of the issue:
Also it happens randomly. Meaning it happens only for some users and not for everyone. We tried deleting the cookies and cache from the browser which works sometimes and sometimes doesn't work.
Can someone please tell me how can I resolve this issue.
