Problem Updating Dev Organization from 8.0 to 8.2.2

I have imported a Production Organization onto a new UAT server, and updated it to the latest version of CRM.  Then I imported the Development Organisation onto the same server, but when I try to update this org to the same version it fails, the following is the log file, but I cannot see why it is failing.
