SETUP INVENTORY STATUS IN INVENTORY TRANSACTIONS

Hello to all!

I need to use Inventory status dimension in inventory transactions and I created a Storage dimension group with option "Use warehouse management processes" active and Inventory status option enabled.

Dynamics 365 F&O application enables License plate option active too and in the inventory journal row the license plate is mandatory.

Does someone know if is possible to do a setup that allow to use inventory status in inventory journal without license plate dimension?

    Hi Roberto,

    The Inventory status is part of the advanced warehouse management dimensions. License plate and inventory status are linked with each other. Depending on the part of the application you will use and the process, you can leave the license plate empty. E.g. in the inventory adjustment journal, I was able to leave it empty.
