"outer join" with advanced finds

Is there a way to create an advanced find to look compare 2 groups - if in group A but NOT in group B show me those?

    Hi,

    Sorry you can not do outer join using fetchxml xml and advanced find in v 4.0.

    hi,

    Outer join has been added to v9.

    On the relationship you can now switch the option to 'does not contain data'.

    in CRM4 however, you are out of luck.

    I used to do it with the following method (crm2011+):

    Create marketing list and add group A.
    Evaluate your members and remove group B.

    What's left is your 'in group A but not in group B'.
