Cannot delete items from the item wizard in 2 of our stores

Two of our stores (there are 5 total), display the delete button as greyed out when you go into the item wizard. The other three do not. This behavior takes place in the Store Manager program. Can anyone help me understand this?

    Figured this one out. Had to change the security settings on the button! Thanks
