Hi

we have CK65 handheld device with android version 11

we are using NAV 2018 but we cannot install app on the device

error message says ' This app is not available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android'

Any solutions for this please?

Hi, I tested it in the Japanese market and had the same problem as you.

You can try to download the old version of the apk file, and then try to install it manually.
