Lot Tracking Error

1.       In GP I select lots to delete but then I get the error (transaction cannot be posted.Line items contain errors. A qty is available to sell for this lot.)

2.       Also I have deleted Sales Orders from the system but they are still showing on my “Item Allocated List” and when I go to see the order I get the message “ Sales Order has been removed from the sales order processing etc”

    Yes mohammad is correct. Run inventory reconcile, it will help you to resolve this.

    Hello Winston,

    I assume that the first issue was resolved by deleting the whole sales order from the system, I would advise to run Inventory Reconcile routine to reallocate the quantities and verify your data integrity.
