Editing marketing form width causes error 0x80040265

Hi guys,

I'm a little baffled here. I'm new to D365 but i created a new marketing form and it was working perfectly, but was by default a bit narrow at 450px.

I went to the html tab and widenened the form to 600px, however after i did so i couldn't save and publish the form but got an Business process error message: 0x80040265

It seems bizarre that simply changing the width of the form to make it more user friendly could cause such errors.

Any advice on why this would have happened and how to get around it would be much appreciated!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Dan,

Is it the max-width of the “one-column-form” class element that you are changing?

I had widened the form but the form was still able to go live.

Have you tested with another browser?

    Regards,

    Clofly

    Hello,

As mentioned by Clofly I would test in more browsers. If the issue persists and if you're willing to do, please raise a ticket with Microsoft Support stating the troubleshooting done and your tests.

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

    Yader Morales.

    Thanks guys,

I tested in a few browsers and still had issues. In the end Microsoft support could fix it for me as permission levels wouldn't allow me to edit the code for forms for some reason.
