You cant switch to offline mode either the offline component are not installed or login failed

POS not working in offline mode it is showing below error also noticed that jobs are not applied to the offline database, those jobs are currently in available status.

in register config offline support is enabled also 1090 full sync is completed but still it is showing the same error. I have gone through the previous threads but not able to resolve. also, I noticed there is no logs available for this issue in the till.

Can you confirm if your windows user has access to READ/WRITE and EXECUTE on the offline database? You can start diagnosis by giving sysadmin access for your user in MS SQL. If it works, you can limit the access.

Windows event viewer should provide you with some ideas.
