Stuck on Loading Business Logic

Hi all, we have CRM - yesterday it was fine. This morning we found that our CRM forms do not load - instead they say "Loading Business Logic".

After doing some research, we realised that the new turbo forms were active, and we disabled them. This allowed the forms to work, however they were VERY slow. So we did further research and found that we should remove all web resources and work backwards, adding pieces one at a time.

For this we copied an existing form; removed all the web resources where it is now just fields - BUT STILL it doesn't work.

We can view the forms when we turn off turbo forms but not when we turn them back on.

This is CRM ON-premise 2016.

Does anyone have any ideas?

You would need to start looking into other customization on the form. My suggestion would be to take a look at any JavaScript that might be on the form.

Have you ran  the custom code validation tool? I presume between "yesterday" and "today" either you upgraded OR something on the form changed?

I also have this problem and changing to use legacy rendering fixed it.

Becfore changing the turbo forms option, I removed all changes (and no javascript is on the form) since it was working, except for Activities as that cannot be unset, but to no avail.

In the browser dev tools, it is reporting a script error deep in CRM's code..

Any update on this problem? We have Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise with Update0.1 and we have a few users complaining about pages being stuck on "Loading business logic".  HAs anything work beside going back to legacy forms?

    thanks

    Hi everyone,

I've just had a similar issue. Please check this answer that worked for me.

Hopefully it will work for you too.

    Thanks
