Hi Team,
we face sudden issue one of our table utilization increased to 3000%. We tried to find out the RCA for the same but didn't find anything.
Please help us to find out out the RCA for the same.
We also faced issue with emails many of our users received thousands of same emails we didn't find any reason why it happened.

Besides Bipin's comment: if you have concerns about this you can open a support ticket to check possible causes. This is usually due to:
- Increase in the number of rows.
- If you've built views or done a recent massive import/update/delete of records into that table.

Please uninstall plugin profiler from your instance.
It is only meant for debugging and should not be used in production.
You can uninstall using plugin registration tool.
You can also uninstall by going to settings- - customization - solutions
