Hello Team,

I am importing customer data in my production company via configuration package for my Italian client, till 100000 customer it worked smooth but after that I am getting following error.
Error Text Field Caption Table ID Record ID
The Customer does not exist. Identification fields and values: No.='C00XXXXX' No Electr. Doc. Management 18 Customer: C00XXXXX

Can anyone tell me what I need to rectify here as all the value in this file are correct?
I am still getting error for another 30000 customers.

    Does the mentioned field have any validation with customers?
    Does this customer code C00XXXXX exist in your list?

    Hello @gdrenteria
    No this customer does not exist that's why I am using Configuration Package to insert the customer data in my business central production company.
    And this error occurred after I have imported and applied 100000 new customers in my company. Please keep in mind that I have already inserted same data but now i am facing this issue and don't know how to resolve it.

    I think the problem is due to the number of customers in your package !
     
    Can you try dividing the file into 5 files, each file contains 20,000 customers.

    Please delete the row for table 18 in the configuration package you're using and re-select it, then try importing the data.
     
    I don't see any "No Electr. Doc. Management" field in the field list of Customer table.
     
    Let the community know if this suggestion works for you by verifying it.

    My customer is from Italy and there they have extra requirement of "Electronic Document" and I need to update all the field related to electronic document with some data if my "No Electr. Doc. Management" field is False. And when I am keeping it true I receive the error.

    Did you try by disabling "Validate Field" for "No Electr. Doc. Management"?

    As Mohana Yadav suggested, try importing the customers by disabling "Validate field" boolean in config package.
     
    Because it seems system is trying to find the customer when "No Electr. Doc. Management" field is getting updated with a value true/false during data import. However, the data is still in process and not imported successfully.

    Now I am trying that only as nothing worked to resolve the error, but I still have a doubt regarding that the system allowed me to create 100000 customers with same data without any error and now why I need to disable the validation for another 30k customer?
