Unable to add Window to Quick Links

Using GP 2010 SP1, we are not able to add a Microsoft Dynamics GP Window to Quick Links. When we go to add a window to QuickLinks, the Dynamics Client locks up and dynamics has to be closed from task manager. This happens on all of our workstations and our server.

    I found the solution in another post. community.dynamics.com/.../49869.aspx

    1) First, have everyone log out of GP and ensure you have a backup of the DYNAMICS database

    2) Run the following query:

    DELETE DYNAMICS..SY07110

    3) Log into Dynamics GP as 'sa'.  This will look at the products you have installed and re-populate the Meny Master table

    Has this been fixed in more current versions of GP or does it continue to be an ongoing problem? Also, is there any particular reason this table gets corrupted?

    Our customer on GP2018 is having the same issue.  Even the 'sa' user.  Seems to be only when trying to add a Navigation list to Quick Links.  This fix did not solve the issue.  They also are not using the Fact Box (SSRS reports) on their Navigation lists so this is not the issue.

    Same issue with another customer created in GP2018R2 - they freeze when trying to add to Quick Links and we have to boot them from the apps server each time. - any news on this?
