You can integrate by developing a custom app for that.We developed and integrated a mobile money solution for Mpesa(Kenya)into rms in 2016 and its working to date.
so yes,the custom app is the way to go.
RMS itself is not PCI compliant. I assume you are referring to someone using their mobile phone for payment? You will need to use a 3rd party payment add on. We can help you with that implementation. If you are looking for something like WeChat payments there is not anything that I know of and you would have to create a custom program.
I am not aware of a way to integrate RMS with Mobile Money Payment so I will leave this here for the community to answer if anyone is able to assist.

Just a note that Mainstream support for Microsoft Dynamics RMS 2.0 ended on July 10, 2016; and extended support ends on 7/13/2021:

This is less than 9 months from now; and you can continue using RMS after this date but technical support will not be available.
I would recommend checking with your partner in regard to what they may recommend as a replacement system after the extended support end date.
