Display Record Owned by anyone in my team

Hi,

I want to display all the cases that are assigned to anyone in my team in a view.

The default filter criteria only allows "Assigned to current user or assigned to current user's teams.

Is there a way add a different filter?

Thanks

    Hi..

you can either use filter as "equals current user's team" or you need to select individual team in filter..

When you use equals current user's team - this will select all cases assigned to user's teams.

If user is in multiple teams, then this filter will give you list of records assigned to all teams.

But if you want to select for only particular team, then you need to select that team in filter.

    Hope this will help..

    Maybe I was not clear,

    1 - There are two users X and Y.

2 - In the view, I want to display cases assigned to X and Y. It should not matter who is logged in.

Current User's team only brings cases that are assigned to the team, not the ones assigned to individual members in the team.

    Thanks

    try this way..

if you have two teams say A and B and x is member of A and y is member of B then you can add filter like

In this case you need to hard code team.. then it will give list of all cases assigned to A & B.. in future if create team C then you need to add C in this filter.

    Hi Ray,

    Couple of points

    1. Create a view and choose the filter criteria for both the Users (X and Y). This is fairly easy to do. Create a new Public View and set the filter criteria as

    2. Now comes the important part, any user who has Read Privilege for Business Unit / Organization level can only see the records and no other users. So if you want to show all their records to people you need to assign those people higher privilege for Read.

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

    Hello Ray,

Is it for CRM 2015? Does the team contains a manager or a user who is set as a manager for the concerned users?

    Regards,

    Hi All,

From the default filters I am only able to display cases which are either assigned to the logged-in user OR assigned to the User's team (Not the users that belongs to the team).

I want All the user that belong to logged-in user's team(s) to be able to see each others cases.
