I want to send an email template to client , i have an image to sent to client, i have uploaded that image to google drive and then copy paste to Email Template. When i sent email, there was no image.

Later i uploaded that image as a web resource in CRM and then copy paste to Email Template, again when i sent email , there was no image.

So my question is where i can upload image so it successfully be a part of email.

    Hi

If you are using a link within a plain text email (as in Dynamics CRM), the recipient would see that as a link (url) only.

If you want to add image then you need to add it as attachments.

You need to upload the image to a publicly available webpage. Your google drive and a CRM web resource, both will not be available externally.

Then you can right click on the image and copy paste it into your email template.

In case you also want to apply a link to the image, you can export the email template with a solution and manipulate the link <a> tag in the xml. But you need to escape the html tags in xml.

    Hi,

Please host the image in a public URL and copy paste the image in email template.

As everybody else is saying, put image on a location which is available over the internet to all. Then you can create a html containing the image. Open the html in internet explorer, right click on the page and click select all. Then copy (ctrl+C) and paste the same in email template. You will see the image in your body now.

Not Sure about Safari, but it works on IE. Open the html page in IE, right click on page, click select all, copy and then paste it.
