Hi all,

I'm novice with Microsoft Dynamics,

I need some help, about:

1) how to add multiple expertise domain for an organization.

on my account entity I want to add a field named "Field of Expertise" where I can store more than one values

I have created another entity named "Fields of Expertise" who contains the list of each Expertise that we want to follow

ENTITY: Fields of Expertise

list of field of expertise

Energy or/and Industry
Research or/and Assessment
Water supply or/and Sanitation
Technology or/and Engineering
Water Resources Management
Human Basic Needs or/and Health
Economics or/and Finance
Human Rights or/and Social Issues
Climate or/and Natural hazard
Education or/and Capacity Building
Regulation or/and Governance
Agriculture or/and Food Production
Environment or/and Ecosystems
Human Settlement or/and Habitat
Development or/and Infrastructure
International Cooperation or/and Humanitarian Relief
Media or/and Awareness

I have succesfully added a subgrid in my entity accounts/organisations form with a relation 1:N with entity Fields of expertise

2) how to import all records with all fields of expertise of each organisations/accounts ?

When I try to import all fields of expertise of each organisation in the database, I have each fields of expertise duplicates number of times of each organization has the same field of expertise....

thanks for your help.

Laurent

The relationship that you will want is a N:N. I assume you will have many accounts that will use the same Expertise record. This would be impossible with a 1:N. Also you will want a subgrid on the Account to show your Expertises and and subgrid of each Expertise record to show all related Accounts.

When you load you will load from either side of the relationship, using the data loader should be no issue.
