Emails for approval have a pre-filled CC email address that I need to get rid of. Is there a feature in BC that allows me to alter this.

When creating a purchase order, the approval email has a CC of a user who is not at all associated with the process. Is the ability to turn this off found somewhere in the system? Where in BC would you find a setting that automatically copied a user in email?

Hi,

As far as I know there is no option in Base Business Central to add CC mail id on Approval Notification mail. Please ask your development Partner did they made any customisation for it. Did you setup Power Automate for send notification ?
