this is a new install of GP 2010 R2. I am trying to implement word templates. I create a new word template from an existing one (SOP Blank Invoice form). When I try and modify the form I recieve the error 'File not Found". I do have Word Add-ons installed and I am on the R2 version of GP2010. What do I need to do in order to modify these templates. I receive this message on any of the word templates.

I Finally was able to clear the "File Not Found" error but now when I print it to screen nothing happens. It gets hung up in the Template Processing procedure. What am I missing. I have implemented word templates for many customers so I don't understand why I am having so many issues with this one.
