Upgrade to Dynamics GP 2015

I am in the process of upgrading from Dynamics 2013r2 to 2015.

When running the utilities upgrade section I get the following error:

Failure encountered ON 11/4/2015 at 1:26:56 PM. Error: Product 2150 does not support upgrading from version 9.0.14.
Failure encountered ON 11/4/2015 at 1:26:57 PM. Error: does not support upgrading from version 9.0.14.
Failure encountered ON 11/4/2015 at 1:27:01 PM. Error: Product 2150 does not support upgrading from version 9.0.14.

When I query the DU000020 and SY01500 tables to get version information it shows product 2150 to be at version 12 (12.0.1468 specifically)

The middle error row doesn't have a product listed.  Where else can I check to resolve this error?

    As you probably already know, product 2150 correspond to Payment Document Management.

    Checking the data on the tables for this product it will help you to identify if you are using it:

    Update 2: The guy that has done this previously said that editting the dynamics.set and dynutl.set file to remove the 2150 reference. This got me past the checks. He says that no companies use this, is there a way to verify this just to double check?

    Update: Using the query

    select * from DYNAMICS..DB_Upgrade where PRODID = '2150'

    I have found there are 3 out of 23 companies that have version 9 listed.  How do I update for just certain companies. (New to Dynamics)
