Dataverse (CRM) Sync- Auto Create Customer in BC

Hi All

We are using Dynamics Sales to enter customers (Accounts) and want to automatically create a new record in BC. The customer record is not created automatically, however if we click on the 365 Sales link (open coupled customer in BC) then it will create a coupling and updates will be synched. Have checked the filters and the account is active (only filter by default). Any other screen to check except below:

Hello,

The synch only coupled records is not activated so this scenario should work. Does the automatic sync work for contacts or some other entities?
