Download Business central On-premise developer license

Hi @AMIT GUPTA,

To download a Business Central On-Premises Developer License and obtain a custom object range, you must be a Microsoft Partner with an active Partner Agreement (PRA/SPa) and access to the PartnerSource Business Center (PSBC) or Partner Center.

Download Business central On-premise developer license

You have to be Reseller or ISV and raise support request in your MCPP account and they should be able to assist you.

If you're a Microsoft Partner, you can download the Business Central On-Premise developer license from either PartnerSource Business Center (PSBC) or the Microsoft Partner Center, depending on your access level and region.

✅ Here’s how to do it:

Option 1: PartnerSource Business Center (PSBC)

1. Go to: https://businesscenter.microsoft.com

2. Sign in with your Partner credentials.

3. Navigate to “License Information” > “License Keys”.

4. Select Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).

5. Download the developer license (.flf) file from your entitled object range.

Option 2: Microsoft Partner Center

1. Go to: https://partner.microsoft.com

2. Sign in with your work account.

3. Go to Membership > Benefits.

4. Under Software Benefits, look for Dynamics 365 Business Central On-Premises.

5. Download the license file or access the instructions to request it.

Make sure your organization has an active Action Pack or competency that includes BC benefits.

The license includes your custom object range (usually starting from 50000).
