WMS Transfer Order in D365 Warehouse Management

Hi Everyone,

I am creating transfer order from WMS warehouse to WMS warehouse, transfer picking from mobile is OKAY. but transfer receiving is not proceeding due to following error.

Wave: Process & Release

Work: Created & Closed

Load: In process but not shipping

Shipment: When I click "confirm Outbound Shipment" button. following error is appearing.

Process Outbound Shipment
Some of the items that are needed for load have not yet been picked and moved to the final shipping location.

From Mobile App – Transfer Receive

Transfer order - Receipt Transfer number No lines for posting Update has been cancelled.

Could be a few things. Did you pick all of the items on the transfer order? If not, do you have the "Partial load shipping allowed" checkbox checked on the load?

Yes, I have picked all items, earlier I have marked "allow partial" checkbox, but it was not helping in completing transfer process so I unmarked this feature.

My issue is that every process is working fine instead "Load Status "Shipped" it is still "in process"

How can I trace this missing configuration?

Hello

it seems that the load linked to the Transfer order has more products on the load line.

The load status needs to be in status "loaded" so that you can ship the TO.

Being in status "loaded" assumes that for each load line you have fully completed a work for each line.

Hi,

I have created only one line with qty[1] in transfer order, and click release to warehouse. Wave, Work, load and Shipment created, after that I release wave and "Transfer Pick" from Mobile App, Work "Closed" and that I have checked Load that is still in process so I click to confirm outbound shipment. and system is responding the following message.

Some of the items that are needed for load have not yet been picked and moved to the final shipping location.

How do I loaded my load ? do I have to do any process for it ?

Could you screenshot your loadline page?

is the field quantity matching with the field work created quantity?

Is the work in status completed?

This is an example of it looks like on our environment.

One more thing I have unmarked allow load checkbox for new record but "no dice"

Dear Raheel I would suggest to ask a developer to look at the code as or this has been customized or there is a bug.

Go to Warehouse Management and Load.

Check if the load is linked only to your TO or if there are more orders.

It seems like the load has more lines that are not actually visibile in the form

Hi Raheel,

Please check the inventory transactions of the specified transfer order and check final shipping location on-hand inventory. It indicates some item is not fully picked to shipping location.

Yes,

Transfer order is on packing location - it seems in on-hand inventory - transaction with reference of work id, now what I have to do, can you navigate me to reach final location? any process ?
