I have a workflow that runs everytime a case is created. It checks to see who submitted the case, and if that person matches a list of certain people, it will share the case with them. (not created by, it is checking submitted by).
The workflow starts correctly everytime a case is created.
The workflow correctly realizes when the people are on the list.
Dynamics tells me that the share works correctly with a nice green checkmark.
When i look at who the case is shared with upon completion of the workflow, the case is not shared with anyone.
