Hello,

I have added a very simple custom html / javascript WebRresource to my CRM 2016 on premise form with an input field. The javascript reads and processes the input keyboard characters. The functionality works with now issues through the web interface. However, once I use the form though Unified Service Desk, my code is unable to process the Up arrow key (38). After pressing the Up arrow key, the cursor gets disappear. Pressing the up arrow key one more time and the cursor focus goes to the USD tab :) . I have also experienced the same behaviour with the Date and Time filed on the CRM form.

Any help is well appropriated.

Thanks , Amir.

    Hi Rolf,

Thanks for your quick response. Changing the hosted control type to IE Process solved my issue.

    Thanks for your help.

btw, I am using USD 2.0.

What hosting type are you using for the hosted control hosting the CRM page? If this is set to Internal WPF, try switching it to IE Process. Also, what version of the USD-client are you running?
