Hello Community.

I have this kind of problem: a great customer send email with purchase order in an attached PDF that refer to a contract.

My need is to automatize the compilation of a sales order (or a sales quote) in BC but, if I use Outlook integration it does not watch inside the attached PDF so items will not be filled while, if I use OCR, Sales order are not supposed to be an Incoming Document from OCR.

How could I best manage this requisition?

hi

a good solution would be to integrate BC with AI Builder and Power automate, with which you can create templates for reading documents.

I attach an example of mine that extracts data from a photo
