transaction not completed in 35 version mpos on dev. There is an error throwing define below:

The 400 (Bad Request) status code indicates that the server cannot or will not process the request due to something that is perceived to be a client error.

Maybe you can check whether the parameters of the request you send meet the requirements or whether the URL is correct.
