We are trying to set up right in Great Plains and have 3 questions:
1. Is it possible to set up one user with right to RUN (not create) only specific Integrations or Integrations in one module (say, Purchasing)?
2. Could POWER USER change fiscal period set up (or, this could be done only by Administrator)?
3. How do we use Field level security window? What is it for? (We have only one line in the 2nd window for field security ID decimal places currency).
Many thanks in advance for your advice!

I'm sorry, I totally didn't see the other questions.
2. Fiscal period set up can be changed by anyone who has access to the window.
3. Field Level Security is a fantastic module. You can actually set security on specific fields on a window. For example, if i need to access the Vendor Maintenance window, but I shouldn't be able to set vendor classes, you can allow me to access the window and keep me from changing the vendor class id using Field - Level security
When it comes to integration manager, the only way you can accomplish what you want is to use VB Script to create a password on the integrations you want to restrict. GP does not have any security that I know of to restrict a user from running an integration
kind regards,
Leslie
