Labels are being printed in line mode

I have store operations POS version 2.00.0127 and recently our labels are being printed in line mode. I have already contacted the printer company and did some troubleshooting. Labels sent to the printer works but not when I try to print labels for our products directly from the application. All drivers seem to be up to date.
