I want to create approval workflow which disable approval when the user who created the record is the approver means that approver cannot approved, there own request.

    This can be managed by setting up the workflow conditions appropriately. Additionally, you may implement custom AL code to validate whether the approver is the same as the record creator, disallowing approvals in such cases.
