    Hi Nishant

Could you please elaborate more? At which step it fails?

Please see if the service account is being used has all necessary rights & access on database. Eventually try extending time out settings and see if the problem persists.

Thanks for your reply Roma. It is while create a new organization. Have you faced the exact issue ? PackageDeployer one ? Where exactly you extended the time out settings ?

    Hi Nishant,

Microsoft team confirmed that this was an issue yesterday.

User Experience: Users may have experienced issues when creating CDS instances, resulting in timeouts and a "500" error when attempting to provision CDS instances.

Preliminary Root Cause: Database connections to the application pools supporting CDS provisioning were interrupted

Next Steps: Microsoft is analyzing performance data and trends on the affected systems to prevent this problem from happening again. Additionally, we are reviewing our monitoring services to reduce detection time and more quickly restore service.

The database connections to the application pools should have normalized, please check your environment and validate the issue whether it has been solved.
