Stopping Replication

We are attempting to use Intelligent Cloud to replicate data from BC On-Prem to a cloud tenant. The on-prem database contains a few modifications (new fields, no code) and a couple of custom tables. I got the mods written as extensions and uploaded them and then we scheduled daily replication. However, a replication on 9/30 is still "In Progress" causing every subsequent attempt to fail. There's no way that I can find to stop a replication once it starts. I've stopped the replication, stopped the local service, uninstalled the Integration service, uninstalled the Intelligent Cloud extensions. Nothing seems to stop the replication in progress. Any ideas?
