I notice that in UCI, Read-only Email activity does not allow user to see the sender/receiver drop down list
It works normally in classic UI though.

Yah, thanks Lu. I think it is better that we should tell them to change it.
Hi Quang,
This is really an inhuman design, you could provide your ideas to Microsoft.
There is currently no good way to solve this problem. My idea is to decrease the display percentage of browser or increase the computer display resolution.
The effect is as follows:
1) decrease the display percentage of browser
At the beginning, three recipients could not be displayed.
When the display percentage of browser is reduced to 35%, the recipients are all displayed.
2) increase the computer display resolution
The display effect of this way is clearer than the first one. The steps of each Windows system version are different.
I recommend you use this way.
Of course, these two ways are very troublesome. So we expect Microsoft to solve this problem in the new version.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Lu Hao
Thank you Rhett. Before doing that, is there any way to customize the business rule for Unified Interface?
You can raise a support case with MS though you may like to raise it under the Ideas site experience.dynamics.com/.../list
