Dear All,

Thank you for all advise for my problems.

https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/196191

I asked 1 question before for installing CRM Onpremise. My company has been approved for my request for new servers.

I installed Database (SQL 2012 enterprise), CRM Server in 2 servers.

My development team has downloaded solutions in CRM Online and install to CRM dev server.

But I think it is not good solution for migrating from online to Onpremise. Please advice me options that I can use to move from CRM Online to Onpremise.

Thanks so much

    Hi Anish

There is no reason why you cannot import your solutions from On line, however you will need to have the actual solution release files prior to importing as exporting it from production may have added dependencies that could prevent you from importing to another instance.

You can also submit a Support request for a Database backup of your CRM Database, but you may need to wait 4 days for them to process your request. This Approach will include all your solutions and Data, and you can use the your CRM Deployment Manager to restore this to your on premise CRM.

Let me know if you need anymore help, Kindly tick Yes to Verify :)

    Best Wishes, Raz

There wil not any issue for exporting solution from online and imported into on-premise but you need to make sure you have latest rollup installed on your on-premise system otherwise you will able to import the solution in your on-premise CRM.

If you get Database backup from Microsoft then you need to follow below steps.

    1. Restore database in your SQL

    2. Import org from Deployment manager.

Note: While importing org you need to make sure you have administrative privileges and have users in Active directory.

    Thanks
