RE: Business Central 365 V18.5 failing to upgrade to V19.0
Hi !
I'm having also a similar issue update from 18.5 to 19.
We have a custom extension.
First we received an email notifying :

"Pages/P.50003.PageExtension.SalesOrderSubform.al (8,19) - Error AL0155: A member of type Field with name 'Description 2' is already defined in Page 'Sales Order Subform' by the extension 'Base Application by Microsoft (19.0.29894.32088)'.",
"Pages/P.50005.PageExtension.SalesInvoiceSubform.al (8,19) - Error AL0155: A member of type Field with name 'Description 2' is already defined in Page 'Sales Invoice Subform' by the extension 'Base Application by Microsoft (19.0.29894.32088)'.",
"Pages/P.50021.PageExtension.PostedSalesInvoiceSubform.al (7,19) - Error AL0155: A member of type Field with name 'Description 2' is already defined in Page 'Posted Sales Invoice Subform' by the extension 'Base Application by Microsoft (19.0.29894.32088)'."
The I removed these fields from pages, compiled the extension and installed in a sandbox. The extension deployment when well. (sucess message)
But when trying to upgrade we received a fail notification :
"Your Business Central failed to update
Business Central failed to be updated. The reason for the failure is being determined. You will receive another notification when the update has been rescheduled."
I removed the extension without deleting data : same error.
We tried to add telemetry with Application Insight but no logs.
I'm kind of blocked here.
Any help would be very helpful.
