Label designer in Win 7, 64 bit

Hi all,

 

Any body else having issues adding a picture/logo to a label in the designer on a Win 7, 64 bit pc. Cannot even view logo on existing label.  Version is RMS 2.0 SP4.? No problems with 32 bit xp pc.

    JP,

    Works fine here, just added the storelogo.bmp to the existing 5160 label, renamed it and saved it with a new name.  Make sure that there is enough room for the logo and that its not being covered up by something else.

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for the reply. Added the same logo in XP pc, and even in XP mode on the same win 7 pc with no problems. Just the Win 7, 64 bit os gives the problem, even on a new blank label.
