Journal transaction screen got crashed when attach any document

Hi there,

When am try to attach any document in journal transaction in my local machine seem working. But when implement into the server as well client  following error will throw,

 

Am using SL 2011 FP1.

Whether any framework problem in (server as well client environment ) make it any issue? Is this right?

Does anyone come across with this.

    Hello Ajit,

    I'm not sure I completely understand.  Are you saying that when you try to attach a document that is not physically located on your machine, for instance, the document lies on the server, you have this problem?  If so, can you navigate out to the server and open up the document from your machine?  Do you have rights to that share?

    Hi Carolyn,

    I created the folder on the Application server. Also I shared that folder with full access to all the workstation users. The Problem is, while I'm trying to attach the document through that relevant screen using Document attachment options. In that scenario I'm  getting this error.

    Windows server 2012

    Hi Ajit,

    Can you try running the following against your system DB:

    grant exec on getauthenticationtype to public
