Account Hierarchy Form not showing any data

Hi,

I am using the Account Hierarchy card in the UCI app but it is not showing any data in it.

Same form works fine in normal web forms

Not sure what the problem is. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi

    Could you try on different browser and also make sure you try with an Admin account as well just to rule out any permission issue.

    I have just tried this on latest trial UCI and it works, please see below

    Hi Kokulan,

    Thank you for your time in helping me out here. I am using a User with System Administrator role to test this. Also, it works fine in the Sales Hub and the Service Hubs but is is not working in the Custom UCI application that I have developed. Please note : I have include the Account Hierarchy form in the UCI app.

    Could you please make sure the quick view form you created/updated is added to your custom model driven app.

    Any resolution on this?? I am facing a slightly similar issue wherein users in few business units are unable to see the heirarchy control itself
